Kathy Marshall is a Luxury Real Estate agent in the esteemed Beverly Hills Office of Coldwell Banker for over 25 years.
Her office is #2 in the Nation and last year did over 2 Billion $$ in sales.
She began her real estate career after success in the Feature Film and Television Industry, where she was a Costume Designer, Stylist, and worked in Production.
She is married to a Media Executive and has a son, a graduate of Stanford in International Policy, who is employed as a data analyst for a non-profit in the San Francisco Area.
In her limited free time, she loves to travel, paint, and play with her dog, Violet. She's passionate about animals and in particular, dogs, and donates a portion of her income to helping homeless dogs in LA find forever homes.
Kathy began her real estate career with well-known agent, Delphine Mann, Agent to the Stars, and has represented many people in the film world in the purchase and sale of Los Angeles Real Estate, handling all areas including the Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu. She is currently expanding her real estate reach as far as Pasadena and is also selling properties in Palm Springs, where she has a 2nd home.
She has completed over 400 transactions over the years and is an expert at the art of finessing complex real estate issues along with the nuanced personalities involved in high-end real estate transactions, including a winery in Bel Air and other major estates in Little Holmby and Beverly Hills. She has a background in Art and Design, as well as Art History, and lived in London and travelled extensively. In addition to the luxury home market, Kathy also has met the needs of clients with more limited budgets in the Condo and Leasing Market.
